Maggie Simpson Thought That Anyone of HerEssay Topics Would Be a Good ChoiIn the essays published in a recent issue of Harvard Business Review, Maggie Simpson thought that anyone of her essay topics would be a good candidate for being a commercial. Her essay 'What Makes a Person Sell: Using the Essay As a Marketing Tool' reflected this concern. Ms. Simpson is not alone; many business professionals have expressed this worry over the past several years. Some customers or potential customers may not necessarily have a need to buy something when they read your essay topics. For example, if your essay focuses on a couple's appreciation for an antique car and you focus on how the couple drives it home from the garage, there is no guarantee that the person who buys the car will actually want to purchase it. Also, many customers may know about the couple's favorite car and may not want to drive that particular car. They may simply wish to look at the car to appreciate the beauty of it or perh aps drive the old car in.Ms. Simpson thought that any essay topics could be a good commercial. She wrote that her target audience included businesses, nonprofits, politicians, celebrities, writers, and celebrities. It would help if her topics were special occasions that the customer would want to reflect on later. This is especially true if they are something the customer can relate to on some level. The opportunity to write about a family member or someone close to the customer is also a great way to relate to the essay topic. However, she quickly found out that some of her essay topics were not very appealing to the honoree list. The list includes Oprah Winfrey, Maya Angelou, Bill Gates, and President Clinton. Ms. Simpson's essays were not exactly about these people. And, therefore, the honorees turned down her essay ideas. Perhaps it is not fair to lay all the blame on her for failing to choose the best essay topics. Some people simply don't have the talent or the time to write es say topics. Even so, this issue seems to show that some people need more support. The most important part of writing is finding the subject matter that is interesting and stirring enough to appeal to readers. When someone can find an interesting topic with a solution to their problem, it's a win-win situation. While Maggie Simpson had a little bit of a difficult time with her essay topics, there is still hope for those looking to write about their passions. If you write about a person's love of horses or their passion for their pets, you will find success. Whether you write about the problem of the poor, sick, or elderly, a topic that is true to the heart is the best way to attract potential customers and gain awards. With the advances in technology, writing about your passion is easier than ever. The Internet offers more opportunities than ever before. There are sites like YouTube that allow everyone to make a video about almost anything. If you decide to upload a video on YouTube ab out your pet, the video can reach millions of viewers with a simple click of the mouse. If you write about a topic that interests you, there is no limit to the number of people who can benefit from reading about your essay topics. For those who are not adept at writing, you can write about a project that needs to be done. Or, even if you are good at writing, you can simply take on the challenge of writing about your passion.
